People loved the food and atmosphere! Perfect for cafe hopping and looking for an elegant cafe with flavourful meals! The cozy restaurant left an excellent impression. The pesto pasta and soft shell crab squid spaghetti are both delicious. Don’t miss their mushroom tagliatelle, pistachio croissant, and red bean matcha croissant too. Nimmies Pastry Cafe was sometimes crowded, but despite the fact that they were busy, everything moved quickly, and most importantly, customers enjoyed the food and atmosphere! Perfect location for cafe hopping.

Although the cafe is located in an industrial business area, consumers come specifically for the cafe. The Cafe has a great atmosphere, and the employees were friendly and accommodating. Really excellent and Instagram-worthy meal! Quesadillas is a must have. Breakfast is excellent. Especially the Australian Burger. The meat is very delicious and melts in your mouth. The bagel given with the burger is delicious; each bite warms the heart. It’s a MUST TRY. Vegetarians will also cherish the food served here. Quinoa cooked to perfection with its lemony, refreshing zest.

Onn Kitchen is a hidden gem located away from the hustle and bustle of Main Street. Morning breakfast options include roti canai, nasi lemak, and kueh mueh. Definitely a great place to stop for breakfast. Onn Kitchen serves a nice combination of local and western cuisine. Amazing food! Delicious prata and curries, and their sambal is to die for. The outdoors setting enhances the dining experience. The price is also very affordable.

4. Lavender Bakery

This Lavender Bakery outlet has successfully transformed itself, improving not just the interior and environment, but also the bakeries & foods. Beautiful ambiance and excellent service. They have everything from breads and buns to croissants, cakes, macarons, and cookies. The food is reasonably priced and tastes good; there is also wide menu selection. Fantastic setting, and the music is incredibly relaxing. Great great place to eat breakfast, brunch, or lunch.

5. Nasi Kandar Hijrah

A good place for tasty Nasi Kandar. There are many different foods to choose from. The curry and rice were the best pairing here. The lamb shanks, spicy fried chicken, and sambal eggplants were all perfectly marinated. Lamb shanks were soft and tender. Order rice with mixed curry for a more flavorful a delicious meal. The restaurant is well-kept and clean, with a vibe similar to a coffee shop. Please keep in mind that there will be a long queue if you arrive during peak hour. Recommend this restaurant since it serves delicious authentic Indian cuisine with wonderful spices that you can smell as soon as you open your car doors.

6. O’Coffee Club Atelier @ Puteri Cove Quayside

The ambiance is pleasant, and so is the service. Exceptionally good coffee and excellent service. Huge and lovely space with an open kitchen concept. People enjoy their confections and pastries, which is great. The carbonara was delicious, and the fish and chips were light and airy. This is a great place to relax and breakfast in the morning.  Many folks in the region consider this to be their favourite brunch spot. The food quality here has remained very consistent.

7. Pin Ming Xuan Cantonese Dimsum

Due to its proximity to the Woodlands Causeway, this dimsum restaurant is extremely famous in JB. If you arrive after 8.30 a.m., expect to queue for an hour or more. You’ll be amazed by the variety and quality of the food on their menu. All of the foods was fresh, tasty, and of good quality. All Dim Sum are reasonably priced. Is among the greatest in Johor! Staff are quite attentive and kind. Don’t forget about their wonderful kopi gao!

8. Off Day Cafe

The components of the big breakfast in Off Day Cafe were well seasoned. The biscoff spread in the bagel was fantastic; it went wonderfully with the hashbrown, egg, salmon patties, and cheese. It’s the right combination of sweet and savoury. You’ll enjoy the Strawberry Bubble Waffle. Not too sweet, but with perfectly crispy outsides and moist insides! The staff was courteous and attentive.  Pesto Pasta is a 10/10 and among the best in JB. The cleanliness here is excellent. The atmosphere is pleasant and calming good for having a nice breakfast. The environment is undoubtedly suitable for attractive Instagram shots! Oh yeah! It is a pet-friendly cafe.

9. Restoran Yew Swee 友水餐室

Introducing Restoran Yew Swee, where you can find the best curry laksa in Johor Bahru at a reasonable price. This is an old coffee shop that is busy with regulars. Apart from the common coffee choices like Cappuccino and Latte, Space Cafe offers unique coffee specialties. The food was quite delicious. Excellent breakfast spot with a view of greenery.

16. 13Units Hong Kong Cafe @ Nusa Sentral 十三幺港式茶記

Delicious food is offered at this mahjong-themed cafe. Pleasant atmosphere, lofty ceiling. Nice morning sunlight. The cuisine was excellent, and the coffee and tea were both nice and rich. The French toast with the peanut spreads between the toasts is a must try. Polo buns are crispy and filled with rich butter. Big cups of tea / kopi. Their food was extremely comparable to the traditional Hong Kong flavours. You’ll undoubtedly be returning for more pleasant moments like these!
